No guide data, wrong programs or shifted times on your adult channels? The EPG is a separate feed from the channels — here is how to repair it in every major player.
The EPG — the on-screen TV guide — is a separate data feed from your channel list. If the channels play but the guide is empty, wrong, or time-shifted, the fix is almost always about the EPG URL, a refresh, or your time-zone offset, not the playlist itself.
Settings → EPG → set/refresh the EPG source, then force a manual update and clear cache.
Re-login with Xtream Codes (which carries EPG automatically) or paste the fresh EPG URL we provide.
Set the correct time-zone / EPG offset in player settings so programs line up with the live stream.
Remove and re-add the playlist with the correct EPG link, then refresh after a minute.
Make sure your player has our current EPG link, not just the channel M3U.
Trigger a manual guide update and wait a moment for it to download.
If programs are shifted, set your correct UTC offset in EPG settings.
If it’s still blank, message us — we send an updated EPG link instantly.
The EPG is a separate feed. Add or refresh the EPG URL, or log in with Xtream Codes which includes it.
Set the correct time-zone offset in your player’s EPG settings.
